To return an item :
- Log in to your customer account and go to the "My returns" section
- Complete the online form
- Print out the return summary and place it in your package as required
- Print out your prepaid Colissimo voucher (if your return is eligible for this - check the terms and conditions for returns) and stick it onto your package
- Return your package
You can then return your package via a mail box, a Colissimo (business) drop-off centre or a post office in metropolitan France (if you live abroad, please return it in a post office) :
To arrange collection from a mail box, click on the link below and complete the form on the La Poste (post office) website before 11 pm on the day before collection :
Place your Colissimo package in your mail box on the stipulated day before 8 am. The postal worker will collect it and leave a collection receipt in the mail box.

You can then track the progress of your package directly via the laposte.fr website, using your package reference number.
When you request a refund, this is carried out automatically, and you are sent notification by email from our partner Payline (secure payment platform).
When you request an exchange, the exchange order is sent to you at the home address you indicated in your request. You will then be able to follow the progress in your customer account in the section "My orders" and make a new return if needed. If the exchange item is not available in the right size, we will then carry out a refund.
When you request a credit note, it will be appear in the ‘My credit notes and coupons’ section of your customer account.
