If one of the items you received does not correspond to what you ordered or is defective, we first want to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- The item received is not what you expected : You may contact us by attaching photos of the item received :
- The inside label if the reference is not the same
- The details of the item if it is different from the online photo.
We will then be able to proceed to internal controls and bring you a suitable answer.
- The item received is defective : You may ask for an exchange in your customer account under the heading "My returns". You can select the reason "The item is damaged" and specify in comment the problem encountered.
